Pickup Time: 4:45 PM
Details: Shuttle departs promptly at 4:45 PM from the lobby. Please be ready at least 5 minutes before departure.
The Residence Inn by Marriott
Pickup Times: 4:45 PM & 5:10 PM
Details: The first shuttle departs at 4:45 PM, and a second shuttle will depart at 5:10 PM. Be in the lobby at least 5 minutes prior to your preferred pickup time.
The Courtyard by Marriott
Pickup Times: 4:55 PM & 5:10 PM
Details: Shuttles will depart at 4:55 PM and again at 5:10 PM. Guests should be ready in the lobby to ensure an on-time departure.
Post-Reception Shuttle Returns
From: The Hamilton Manor
To: After Party at The Courtyard by Marriott
Additional Stops: The Residence Inn and The Hilton Garden Inn
Return Times: 10:30 PM, 11:00 PM, and 11:30 PM
Details: Shuttles will be available at these times to transport guests to the After Party at The Courtyard by Marriott, with additional stops at The Residence Inn and The Hilton Garden Inn for those returning directly to hotels.
Post-After Party Shuttle Returns
From: The Courtyard by Marriott
To: The Residence Inn and The Hilton Garden Inn
Return Times: 12:00 AM, 12:45 AM, and 1:30 AM
Details: Shuttles will be available at these times to take guests back to The Residence Inn and The Hilton Garden Inn. Announcements will be made at the After Party as each shuttle departs.
