Class of 2016
Class of 2018
Ryan and Hayley both attended Haddon Heights High School. Although they attended many of the same events and even had some mutual friends, they did not connect until years later. In November 2019, the two swiped right and then Ryan added Hayley on snapchat. On the first night Hayley came home from Wilkes U for winter break, Ryan picked her up to go look at Christmas lights in surrounding neighborhoods. They proceeded to hangout every day and night for the rest of the holidays. When Hayley went back to Wilkes U for the spring semester, Ryan visited and Hayley came home as often as their schedules allowed. In March, the COVID-19 Pandemic shut all in-person classes down, so within 24 hours Ryan helped Hayley pack up her entire apartment and moved her home.

During quarantine the two were inseparable and the decision was made that Hayley would stay in NJ and transfer to Rutgers U to finish out her undergrad. In the fall of 2020, Ryan and Hayley decided to start the search for their first home. On Valentine’s Day 2021, their offer was accepted on the perfect starter home in Barrington, NJ! The couple officially became homeowners in April and began their 7-month renovation. With the help of family and friends, they completely gutted the house and remodeled to make it their own. In November they finally moved in with their 2 pups , Giuseppe and Yoda.

Throughout 2022, Ryan and Hayley enjoyed settling into their home and growing their relationship. In January, Ryan began his apprenticeship as a Union Carpenter in Philadelphia. In May, Hayley graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and started her career as a Project Coordinator for Cooper University Healthcare. Throughout the year they made so many memories with family and friends. The couple also spent time celebrating so much love as their friends said “I do!”
As the Fall approached, the couple decided they needed to get some pictures taken with their pups to hang as decor throughout their home. Hayley reached out to Ryan’s friend Caroline, who is also a photographer, and together they decided on a November afternoon in Haddon Lake Park. A few weeks prior to the session, Ryan informed Caroline that he had a plan up his sleeve. On November 12th, the couple headed to the park and Ryan’s brother, Kyle, joined as the “dog guy". Caroline began to pose the couple and then asked if they would be willing to take some solo shots. Not knowing that there was an agenda, Hayley volunteered Ryan to go first. When Caroline began to pose Hayley for her solo shots, she handed her a bouquet of roses to use as a prop. She had Hayley face away from the camera while holding the roses behind her back. As Caroline began to snap the pictures, Ryan got into position behind Hayley, and got down on one knee. Caroline asked Hayley to turn around and as she did, Ryan asked Hayley to spend the rest of her life with him. She of course said “Yes!” The couple spent the rest of the evening celebrating their engagement with family and friends!
